Requirements | Job Requirements: a.Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health. A registered Safety & Health Officer with the Occupational Safety & Health Department with valid Green Book. b.Candidate with relevant working experience in manufacturing is preferred. c.Competent and well-versed with the latest Occupational Health & Safety Act. d.Analytical, structured and dynamic team player. e.Able to travel on regular basis. Job Responsibilities: a.Investigate accidents, causes of ill-health and complaints and recommend corrective actions and preventive plans to avoid/minimize future recurrence. b.Advise and assist in planning, organizing, controlling and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for work. c.Undertake risk assessments and site inspections on a regular basis. d.Develop, implement and maintain an effective program and ensure compliance to the requirements of local legislation. e.Perform other responsibilities as stated in Occupational Safety and Health (Safety and Health Officer) Regulations 1997 (a – i). | ||
